Welcome to the Colchester Romans Rugby League pages.  Colchester Romans ran a youth side for two seasons from 2003, but from 2005 it started to run an adult squad.  Players from all over North Essex are invited to train on Thursday evenings, and a team will be selected to compete in the London Amateur Rugby League.  Colchester Romans is a part of the Ipswich Rhinos Rugby League set up, and the best players will be encouraged to try out for the Rhinos first team that competes in the TotalRL.COM Conference Premier Division.

Colchester Romans are based at Colchester RFC's ground in Mill Road, Colchester.  Training is on Thursday evenings from 7pm, and fixtures are on Saturday afternoons.  For details of joining call Lee Tanner on 07957 166733 or Andrew Sarek on 07958 138083.

Membership for the season is £25 and includes a free Colchester Romans polo shirt.  Match fees are £5 per game, reduced to £3 for under 18s.
