RFU CONTINUUM
The Continuum was developed to allow children to learn the game safely, gradually assimilating the skills of running, passing and teamwork before being introduced to the concept of contact both with other players and the ground.
The Continuum has changed almost every year since its inception, and below are the main points of the latest version as at 1 September 2003.
